About Me

My Passion

My passion is helping you to grow from strength to strength, to recognise and embrace what a wonderful person you already are and to discover your  interests,  talents  and  gifts.  My  experience  working  in  private practice, in the NHS, private hospitals and as a coach have taught me that by accepting who you are and by loving yourself you can make tremendous changes in your life. Because only then you will have the courage to listen to your inner voice and follow your own path. This is true in your private life, in your career or your business.

I love working with your belief system because I know that this is the driving force behind everything you are experiencing. Once you understand your belief system, how it is limiting and impacting you, you can start stepping out of this negative cycle and transforming it into something that supports and enables you. This takes some time but is well worth the effort.

My commitment to you is to help you discover your strengths, to live authentically, to accept and love yourself and to thrive; because I want to support you to be as happy and successful as possible.

Training and professional background

My doctoral training in Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychologist (University of Surrey) as well as training in Coaching (The Coaching Academy) and other modalities enables me to explore with you what your true goals and intentions are; to understand why things seem to keep happening to you and therefore to overcome these obstacles to your dreams. It means that you will gain insight into your deeply held beliefs and will be able to let go of the ones that limit you.

My theoretical approach

My theoretical approach to coaching is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (focusing on your thought patterns and beliefs, as well as resulting behaviours) and on my passion for Positive Psychology, i.e. strength-based work. I have also learnt about psychotherapeutic psychotherapy and Gestalt therapy. I am a certified DISC profiler, which means that I can use this psychometric test to determine your communication style and/or leadership strengths and challenges.

I love energy work, such as EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, because it is such a powerful tool to let go of limiting beliefs. It is creative and fun and reminds us why it is important to keep a playful approach to life and working with oneself. It is a great way of bypassing your conscious mind and engaging your subconscious mind to make changes happening.

In short – I have learnt about several different theories of understanding what makes us tick and how we can make the most of the life we have got. I therefore combine creative approaches with traditional psychological theories to find a way of working that fits for you so that you can get the results you want.
